Amla-Coriander Chutney Recipe:

  • Ingredients:
    • Fresh coriander leaves: 1/4 cup (washed and chopped)

    • Amla (Indian gooseberry): 1 small (seed removed and chopped)

    • Pumpkin seeds: 1 tbsp (lightly roasted)

    • Cashew nuts (kaju): 1 tbsp (soaked for 2 hours or boiled)

    • Chana dal: 2 tbsp (lightly roasted or boiled for softness)

    • Water: As required for consistency

    Steps:
    1. Prepare the Ingredients:

      • Lightly roast the chana dal and pumpkin seeds to enhance their flavor and make them easier to grind.

      • Soak or boil cashews to soften them for blending.

    2. Blending:

      • In a blender, add the coriander leaves, chopped amla, roasted chana dal, pumpkin seeds, and softened cashews.
